A simple and delicious way to boost your energy with nutritious protein balls.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, nut butter, rolled oats, and honey or maple syrup.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or dried fruit.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
