Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- In a crockpot, combine the ground beef mixture, macaroni, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup.
- Stir well, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
Notes
For additional flavor, consider adding herbs or spices. It can be served with a side salad or crusty bread.
