A delicious and creamy potato soup made easy in the slow cooker, loaded with flavor and perfect for chilly evenings.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 1 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the diced potatoes, onion, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir to mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the milk and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker soup, mash some of the potatoes before adding cheese and milk. Use different cheeses like Pepper Jack for a unique flavor.
