- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup pasta (fettuccine or your choice)

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot, steam or boil the broccoli florets until tender.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to create the Alfredo sauce.
- When the pasta is ready, drain it and combine it with the broccoli.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce over the pasta and broccoli, mixing well to coat.
