Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and add broccoli florets.
- Cover and let steam for 3-5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a splash of rice vinegar or chili flakes. You can also swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken.
